## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Reporting & Dashboards platform, including customizable dashboards and client-facing reports.
- Develop a 12–18 month product roadmap for a seamless reporting experience.
- Translate business goals into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate AI capabilities for report creation, insight synthesis, narrative commentary, summaries, and reporting automation.
- Use user research, analytics, client feedback, and support insights to prioritize the roadmap and backlog.
- Partner with engineering, design, and user research to build and ship reliable reporting features.
- Advocate for modern reporting design patterns and clear data visualization.
- Monitor platform performance, feature adoption, report-generation speed, and client satisfaction.

## Requirements
- 5 or more years of product management experience, covering product launches, scaling, and optimization.
- Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, or content-generation workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve traditional workflows and user productivity.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams.
- Ability to discuss technical challenges and reporting design patterns.
- Strong product communication and stakeholder-alignment skills.

## Compensation
- $178,000–$223,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
