## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Own technical workstreams and use case execution across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Drive activation — proving value fast at each customer site.
- Lead user sessions and client-facing technical presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Build solutions that can scale and be handed off cleanly to other teammates and accounts.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently.
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable building solutions, leading demos, and running user sessions.
- Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration skills; able to partner closely with ASD and SSD teammates.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of producing scalable, hand-off-ready deliverables.
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where ownership is expected.
