## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design and maintain browser automation using Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent to extract user access lists from vendor data center portals.
- Build resilient fallback handling for blocked or rate-limited portals and maintain portal automation coverage records.
- Operationalize scheduled extraction jobs aligned with QAR and MAR cycles, including failure and drift alerting.
- Develop ACL reconciliation tooling to identify portal/ACL access discrepancies, role mismatches, and access-level mismatches.
- Route confirmed discrepancies into pre-populated Jira tickets for human review.
- Produce immutable, timestamped comparison records suitable for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP evidence.
- Extend attestation workflows with automated cycle triggering, manager notifications, confirmation capture, and exception escalation.
- Build audit-ready evidence packages for SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP, and IRAP control cycles.
- Partner with GRC teams to validate automated evidence formats against auditor and regulatory requirements.
- Implement LLM-assisted analysis to detect former employees with access, access creep, dormant accounts, and anomalous role assignments.
- Automate interpretation of Jira onboarding and offboarding tickets into portal-specific action checklists.
- Monitor automation quality, recalibrate models, and incorporate coordinator feedback.
- Own the DCSC Portal runtime, operational stability, documentation, and day-to-day usability.
- Maintain and communicate a prioritized automation roadmap based on time savings, compliance impact, and implementation complexity.
- Create runbooks for all automation capabilities.

## Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building browser automation against real-world web applications.
- Experience handling authentication flows, dynamic content, and anti-bot mitigations.
- Strong TypeScript skills for scripting, data wrangling, structured file I/O, and API integration.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into production workflows for classification, drafting, summarization, or anomaly detection.
- Data engineering fundamentals, including structured and semi-structured data processing, dataset comparison, format normalization, and audit-ready output generation.
- Experience integrating ticketing or ITSM systems through REST APIs; Jira experience is preferred.
- Ability to write maintainable, documented code that non-engineers can operate.
