## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Find the problem by working close to customers to spot opportunities before they are assigned.
- Build and automate workflows end-to-end using Command, CLI, MCP, and the AI stack.
- Ship to customers quickly with tight iteration and deployment.
- Measure impact honestly, kill unsuccessful experiments, and double down on what works.
- Run as an autonomous team: select targets, ship products, and own outcomes.

## Requirements
- Have shipped something real — a product, tool, company, or open-source project that people actually use.
- Be dangerous across the stack: PMs who can prototype, engineers with strong product taste.
- Have strong opinions about AI products and the judgment to recognize when one is wrong.
- Move fast, measure results, and expect most experiments to fail as the cost of success.
- Care about craft where it is impactful and avoid over-polishing.
- Communicate clearly and own outcomes with focus on real business impact, customer time/pain saved, and scaling what works.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience building AI products with AI.
- Knowledge about RAG, evals, agent harnesses.
