## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and run host activation and community growth programs.
- Own product marketing and user communications, partnering with Product on feature launches, messaging, and scalable user engagement systems.
- Find creative ways to amplify hosts, conversations, and new product experiences.
- Build systems to understand community needs, evaluate what is working, identify issues, and inform product and marketing strategy.
- Create programs and experiences that strengthen existing communities, reach new audiences, and increase product engagement.

## Requirements
- Experience in consumer marketing.
- Understanding of users, communities, messaging, products, and consumer growth.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and own projects end to end.
- Ability to move quickly across varied work, run programs independently, and operate beyond a narrowly defined role.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative judgment, with the ability to identify key insights and develop clear points of view.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to build agents, automations, and scalable systems.
