The role requires native Korean and strong English, 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales experience, AI automation experience, and foundational web, security, and networking knowledge.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Korean Field Customer Engineers and Sales to build bespoke architectures and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept across Developer, Security, and Networking platforms.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout onboarding, adoption, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
- Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP and security-questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.
- Carry a variable quota tied to regional revenue and drive platform adoption, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
- Translate platform capabilities into return on investment for C-level executives.
- Diagnose complex issues proactively and develop sustainable, preventative solutions.

## Requirements
- Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills for working with customers in Korea.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical pre-sales role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Experience building tools with AI and using automation to solve technical and customer-facing challenges.
- Foundational knowledge of web technologies, Internet security, and computer networking.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, presentation, stakeholder management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building, deploying, or architecting solutions with Cloudflare’s developer platform and AI ecosystem, especially Workers AI and AI Gateway.
