## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Join an operations team across Risk, Product Support, and Financial Crimes.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Analyze processes and implement changes to scale operations and improve user experience.
- Work closely with teams across the globe.
- Develop insights into how businesses on Stripe scale and operate.
- Learn how Stripe operates from the ground up and make an impact on the organization.
- Help build a new team and operational culture in Stripe's Mexico City office.

## Requirements

- Recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time work experience, or a 2025 or 2026 graduate with full-time availability.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- User-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving difficult problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in learning about technical products and processes.
- Organized, self-starting, and passionate about finding solutions to user challenges.
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to execute.
