## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own a meaningful slice of Agora's product surface and drive it forward independently
- Set strategy, write specs, ship with engineering, and iterate based on customer usage
- Understand customer needs (developers, fintechs, institutions) and close gaps between product and requirements
- Talk directly to customers, go deep on technical details (APIs, settlement flows)
- Partner with BD on strategic accounts where product feedback and revenue intersect
- Set roadmaps, run research calls, pull queries to find drop-offs, define success metrics
- Write specs and ship with engineering

## Requirements
- 3+ years in product management in stablecoins, payments, or fintech
- Serious UX craft; ability to distinguish between functional and delightful flows
- High autonomy: move from identifying issues to shipped fixes without scaffolding
- Shipped work with measurable outcomes; instrumented funnels, found drop-offs, moved metrics
- Strong analytical instincts; pull own data, define metrics, use them to prioritize
- Comfort with technical and API-driven products; reason about API design, read specs, partner with engineers on infrastructure
- AI fluency; build with modern AI tools (prototypes, evals, internal automations) with opinionated views on where they help

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with crypto-native or fintech environments
- Ability to work in short feedback loops with extreme ownership
