## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Lead Named and Major Accounts teams in the Netherlands, driving enterprise sales strategy, hiring, and revenue growth.
- Embed MEDDPICC and operational frameworks into the sales cycle to improve execution, forecasting, and pipeline generation.
- Coach sellers on account plans, deal strategy, complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, value reframing, and business cases.
- Develop and execute the Benelux enterprise go-to-market playbook, including territory design and C-suite engagement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing enterprise sellers.
- Build strong internal networks across the global organization.
- Use AI tools, data-driven insights, and tailored business proposals to accelerate sales cycles and improve coaching.
- Position Cloudflare as a programmable platform for security, performance, networking, and custom enterprise use cases.

## Requirements

- 7+ years of experience managing and scaling teams in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure sales.
- Strong existing network in the Benelux market.
- Deep operational and process discipline, including enterprise forecasting and MEDDPICC qualification.
- Experience coaching teams on complex enterprise deal strategy and people development.
- Fluency in modern cloud infrastructure and programmable edge networks.
- Understanding of Zero Trust, cloud networking, SASE, SD-WAN, application security, and edge programmability.
- Ability to engage confidently with CISO and CTO stakeholders.
- Experience using AI and data analytics to improve sales decisions, deal velocity, and client engagement.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Able to travel within EMEA as needed.

## Compensation and Benefits

- For Netherlands-based hires, estimated annual salary of **€248,000–€341,000**, including on-target incentive compensation under the Sales Compensation Plan.
