## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Map complex B2C user journeys to identify friction points and understand user behavior.
- Design and maintain reporting-grade data models in **dbt**.
- Design, build, and monitor funnels and A/B tests to optimize performance and conversion.
- Analyze trends and insights to influence product decisions and business strategy.
- Build intuitive data tools and self-service environments for business users.
- Provide guidance on using data analytics and reporting across the organization.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics and apply statistical techniques to identify business opportunities.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data or product analytics.
- Strong experience with **SQL** and scalable data modeling.
- Ability to independently investigate data, identify anomalies, and develop solutions.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings for stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong B2C product sense and understanding of user experience and pain points.
- Experience building dashboards and applying data visualization best practices.
- Strong stakeholder relationship and collaboration skills.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with **dbt**, or a strong desire to learn it.
