## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Maintain positive partnerships across artist and label communities in Vietnam.
- Support key partners with Spotify tools, resources, and insights.
- Work cross-functionally to support artists and labels on priority releases in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the regional Music team to localize and execute content strategies.
- Help ensure the strongest possible Spotify content offering in Vietnam and strengthen its appeal to existing and new users.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the music or entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of, and established network within, Vietnam’s local music industry, including relevant label and artist contacts.
- Strong background in music and technology, with a consistent record in operations.
- Strong knowledge of content, music and cultural trends, artists, user engagement, and user behavior.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organization, planning, deadline management, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in Vietnam and ideally across multiple markets with regional and global teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively.

## Nice to Have
- Regional and global music or entertainment industry experience.
