Requires 7+ years in M&A integration or tech corporate development with strong program management and stakeholder skills.

## Job Description

## M&A Diligence & Integration
- Bring an integration and operational lens into the diligence process, including evaluating organizational fit, identifying integration risks, reviewing operational readiness, and flagging issues that inform deal structure or timing.
- Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for deal leads.
- Own integration planning and execution for acquisitions from late-stage diligence through steady state, including change management, employee retention planning, and cultural transition.
- Translate the deal thesis into clear functional plans, owners, milestones, risks, and decision points.
- Partner closely with the GTM Operations team on commercial integration workstreams, ensuring alignment between deal intent and field execution.
- Track integration KPIs and synergy realization against the original deal thesis; report milestones, progress, risks, blockers, and recommendations to deal sponsors and executive leadership.
- Run integration retrospectives and feed lessons learned back into future diligence, term sheet assumptions, and integration planning.

## Corporate Development Operations
- Build and maintain operational infrastructure supporting the full corporate development function, including deal pipeline processes, diligence templates, integration playbooks, and data/AI tools for better visibility and faster execution.
- Apply AI-enabled workflows using Snowflake and AI software to standardize and improve integration planning, playbooks, governance cadences, and reusable templates.

## Cross-Functional Program Management
- Serve as the bridge between deal teams and the broader organization during diligence and integration, managing dependencies, driving decisions, and keeping complex multi-stakeholder workstreams on track.

## Snowflake Ventures Portfolio Management
- Identify opportunities for portfolio companies to deepen product, go-to-market, or ecosystem alignment with Snowflake.
- Support and manage the Snowflake Ventures portfolio, including QBRs, coordination with Tech Alliances, accounting and financial reporting oversight, and identifying synergies with Snowflake's product and go-to-market motion.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or management consulting with a technology focus.
- Demonstrated track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations across multiple transaction types including acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases, and mergers.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to hold complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track without direct authority.
- Clear, concise communication with executives, functional partners, and founders; ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data and AI tools and a deep interest in building more efficient, instrumented ways of working.
- Background in software, cloud, data, AI or enterprise SaaS, with understanding of commercial integration activities such as customer transition, contract migration, sales coverage, GTM systems, customer success handoff, and field execution.
- Experience working alongside or coordinating with GTM and sales operations teams on enterprise go-to-market integration activities.
- Experience managing or monitoring a portfolio of strategic investments.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading integrations and knowing where they usually break down.
- Comfort in executive steering committees, founder transition conversations, and detailed workstream reviews.
- Ability to spot integration risks during diligence before they become post-close problems.
- Comfort pushing functional leaders for clarity while maintaining trust and credibility.
- Ability to translate strategic deal rationale into practical execution plans.
- Interest in building systems that make future work faster and more repeatable.
