## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support critical MongoDB roles globally through strategic passive talent sourcing, pivoting across Go-To-Market and Technology hiring needs as business priorities evolve.
- Partner with recruiters to understand business needs, deliver qualified talent, and provide consultative talent-market expertise.
- Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring alignment with requirements and maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience.

## Requirements
- Proven track record in technical recruiting, with deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing.
- Creative, innovative sourcing techniques and the ability to research and develop new talent-discovery tactics.
- Analytical mindset, autonomous research skills, and the ability to use data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and Gem.
