## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, or People Operations/HR support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese; English is a plus.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and managing scheduling complexity.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Workday.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.

## Compensation and Benefits
