## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions appropriately.
- Meet internal KPIs and SLAs demonstrating quality delivery.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Resolve client issues quickly, ensure smooth operations at origin and destination, and escalate issues as needed.
- Avoid cost leakages and maintain cost-conscious operations.
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners, including steamship lines, air carriers, intermodal and drayage vendors, customs, trade lane management, warehousing, transloading, trucking, and air operations teams.
- Execute end-to-end movement of import and export freight shipments within a regional network, including intermodal movements.
- Assist with shipments managed by partners as partner autonomy increases.
- Identify ideas to eliminate waste, improve customer experience, and introduce innovative supply-chain management practices.

## Requirements

- BA/BS degree or completed professional training as a forwarding agent.
- 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or air carrier operations; air freight knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to seek and receive feedback effectively.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Teamwork and relationship-building skills.
