## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead design for a data-centered product, simplifying complex e-commerce metrics and demonstrating the value of user-generated content in an intuitive, actionable way.
- Partner with product managers and engineers in an empowered team model to oversee the user experience of features and products from conception through launch and beyond.
- Define the structure and flow of performance dashboards, creating simple and elegant design flows and experiences.
- Use user research findings and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve the clarity of insights.
- Contribute strategically to product direction by defining what to build and why, not only how it should look.
- Identify opportunities for AI to transform design practices.
- Mentor others in the effective use of AI for design.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of professional product design experience.
- Product mindset and deep understanding of the full product development process.
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, and complex data visualizations that simplify and communicate large datasets, especially in e-commerce or analytics platforms.
- Experience working with design systems, with proficiency to help evolve them.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale and complex design problems.
- Growth mindset, willingness to own problems, comfort with ambiguity, and desire to improve.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, strong visual design, interaction design, and a focus on turning data into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency with Figma.

## Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in e-commerce or social media.
- Prior experience in multinational product development organizations.
