## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and ongoing success for employers with fewer than 3,000 employees.
- Help employers launch quickly, navigate the Employer Portal, and access resources to promote the benefit.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employers from onboarding through long-term engagement.
- Partner with Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations on customized communications, employer campaigns, support, and benefit utilization.
- Build relationships, solve problems, and create exceptional customer experiences at scale.

## Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, onboarding, client services, or another customer-facing role.
- Experience in a B2B organization, preferably in employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, HR technology, or SaaS.
- Experience partnering with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or other channel partners to support employer clients and drive customer outcomes.
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with external business partners.

## Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in a high-growth startup or rapidly scaling organization.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience managing a high-volume customer portfolio while meeting service-level expectations.
- Experience identifying operational improvements and scaling customer success or onboarding processes.
