## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evolve analytics for ARPU, product attach rates, and transactional volume across Insurance, Payments, AI Notetaker, CareAid, and Erx.
- Analyze multi-product adoption funnels to identify friction points and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with Data Science to implement and test propensity-to-buy models, churn-risk indicators, and Next Best Action upgrade frameworks.
- Lead A/B tests for pricing adjustments, packaging bundles, and in-app premium feature trials to optimize conversion and expansion MRR.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and n8n to automate insights and build agentic workflows.
- Maintain data quality across transactional data streams, insurance claims data, payment processing data, and product event logs.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of data analysis experience, particularly in monetization analytics, pricing and packaging strategy, fintech metrics, or product-led growth in B2B SaaS.
- Expert SQL and Python skills.
- Extensive experience with Snowflake and dbt for modular data transformations.
- Experience with Mixpanel, behavioral cohorts, conversion funnels, and usage-based or transactional business models.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, AI coding environments such as Cursor, LLMs, and automation platforms.
- Strong background in experimental design, causal inference, and evaluating effects on LTV, gross margin, and retention.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with digital payments, insurance claims processing systems, or AI feature consumption metrics.
- Experience building or maintaining expansion propensity scores for premium feature upgrades.

- Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD annually.
