## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Agency Revenue Suite across SaaS Mode, Reselling, Rebilling, and the broader agency revenue experience.
- Create a unified experience that enables agencies to launch, monetize, and scale SaaS businesses on HighLevel.
- Define the measurement strategy, including instrumentation, reporting, customer health frameworks, and SaaS metrics across activation, adoption, retention, expansion, churn, and agency revenue performance.
- Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion through customer behavior analysis, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to develop growth insights, customer health models, churn prediction frameworks, dashboards, and scalable measurement systems.
- Establish experimentation frameworks, feedback loops, and growth mechanisms that improve customer outcomes and business performance.
- Translate SaaS, AI, market, and customer trends into differentiated product experiences and growth opportunities.
- Own the Voice of the Customer through interviews, behavioral analytics, retention analysis, and segmentation research.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management, growth, and experimentation practices.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of driving product growth and business outcomes.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products, including onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and product-led growth.
- Experience owning a product area and delivering measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, customer lifecycle management, and KPI-driven product strategies.
- Experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering on measurement frameworks, customer health models, and growth insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with reseller platforms, white-label SaaS products, partner ecosystems, or agency-focused software.
- Experience serving agencies, SMBs, or platform businesses.
- Familiarity with recurring revenue models, subscription businesses, and SaaS monetization strategies.
- Experience building customer journey analytics, growth dashboards, and experimentation platforms.
- Experience operating in high-scale SaaS environments.
