## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Represent Novig as a passionate local sports fan and on-camera personality.
- Create content end-to-end: script, film, edit, and publish daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
- Capture local fan and city attention through sports commentary, personality-driven content, and game-day coverage.
- Work nights and weekends, particularly during football season.
- Explain Novig's product and value through an active Novig account.
- Potentially represent the company on local and national news broadcasts.

## Requirements
- Deep knowledge of and passion for a sports team.
- Strong on-camera presence and personality.
- Ability to create and publish content independently.
- Must live where the represented team plays.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, games, and tailgates.
- Must have a Novig account.
- Independent contractor; compensation is based on monthly project deliverables and performance bonuses.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Existing TikTok, Instagram, or X following.
- Strong local network, including fan accounts, athletes, bars, venues, or game-day contacts.
- Access to games through season tickets, a media pass, or regular tailgating.
- Basic performance-marketing literacy, including hooks and analytics.
- Ability to explain obscure sports concepts.
- Willingness to participate in news broadcasts and unconventional game-day content.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation of $100,000-$300,000, paid monthly based on project deliverables and performance bonuses.
