## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build new product features end-to-end, from architectural design through implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Developer Operations to design, build, and launch functionality.
- Debug complex issues across a large-scale codebase to maintain and improve platform reliability.
- Contribute to system documentation and team knowledge-sharing.
- Work with an onboarding mentor to learn platform architecture, development practices, and product domains.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent coursework.
- Proficiency in a compiled language such as C++ or Java and a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Strong foundation in computer science concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience building and delivering software through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Strong strategic thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git or a similar version control system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Campus leadership experience or participation in a technical research program.
