## Job Description

## What you’ll do

- **Full Stack Development**: Architect secure infrastructure (**Kubernetes**, **Docker**) and backend services (**Go**, **Python**, **PostgresDB**), while building frontend interfaces (**React**, **TS**) to support features.
- **Developer Experience**: Create internal platforms and dashboards that improve developer velocity, reliability, and observability across the organization.
- **Technical Leadership**: Mentor junior engineers, contribute to the entire infrastructure codebase, and identify root causes for critical system issues.

## About you

**Education**: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

**Experience**: 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong CS fundamentals.

**Backend Expertise**: Proficiency in **Go** and **Python**, building scalable backend services and APIs.

**Frontend Expertise**: Strong experience with **React**, **TypeScript**, and **JavaScript** for complex, data-rich web applications.

**Infrastructure & Orchestration**: Proficiency with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and cloud infrastructure (**AWS**, **GCP**, or **Azure**). Strong experience with relational databases, specifically **PostgresDB**.

**Product Thinking & UI Design**: Comfortable functioning as your own PM and Designer, writing technical specs (PRDs).

**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to represent technical and product decisions.

## Good to have

- Experience with **React Native** for mobile or cross-platform applications.
- Prior experience in a startup environment with multi-functional responsibilities (Dev, PM, and Design).

## Compensation

Base salary range: **$190,000 to $205,000** + bonus, equity, and US benefits.
