## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical customer engagement and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive-landscape feedback.
- Drive product conversations based on customers’ needs and problems.
- Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge-base articles, and create enablement materials.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product value propositions and technical advantages.
- Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions.
- Technical mindset and desire to continue developing technical skills.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Must be located in France.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with open-source technologies or metrics and monitoring.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.

## Compensation and Benefits
- France OTE compensation range: EUR 115,750–138,000.
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are included with all roles.
- 30 days of annual leave per year, including 3 Grafana Shutdown Days, subject to local legislation.
