## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handover.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones; maintain clear status, risks, and next steps.
- Administer project management tooling as the single source of truth for each implementation.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer project stakeholders and manage expectations throughout onboarding.
- Coordinate cross-functional data, product, customer success, and advisory teams.
- Support handovers from sales to implementation and from implementation to customer success.
- Own the implementation risk register; identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and scope changes.
- Escalate and report delays and issues to leadership.
- Drive customer adoption and early value realization.
- Capture delivery learnings and improve implementation playbooks, templates, and ways of working.

## Requirements
- Experience managing customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or delivery projects end-to-end in a B2B environment.
- Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and to scope.
- Comfort working with data or SaaS products and translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team across time zones.
- Hands-on experience administering project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.
- Experience working with a modern CRM such as Salesforce.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.
- Familiarity with HR, talent, or workforce planning domains.
- Experience implementing data-heavy or analytics SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
