## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the global account relationship across 12+ sub-brands and multiple regions.
- Orchestrate creative, paid media, creator partnerships, and product teams to keep delivery on track.
- Co-own client relationships across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
- Translate campaign data into executive-level recommendations using AI.
- Present performance against engagement, EMV, sales lift, and affiliate impact KPIs.
- Lead onboarding for new briefs, including deck creation, SOW verification, internal coordination, and platform demonstrations.
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across Always-On creator partnerships, Pulse campaigns, Makers, Amplify+, Seeding+, and License+.
- Manage multiple concurrent briefs while keeping work on-brand, on-time, and within margin.
- Lead post-campaign analysis, internal post-mortems, PCA decks, QBRs, and EBRs.
- Maintain clean tracking, monitor capacity, improve inefficient processes, and feed client insights into product development.

## Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
- Hands-on campaign execution experience running creator marketing activations.
- Experience servicing complex enterprise accounts with many stakeholders and high-volume delivery.
- Exceptional organization and operational precision.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong hands-on campaign experience and fluency in TikTok.
- Comfort using AI tools for client summaries, performance narratives, and campaign analysis.
- Experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
- Commercial sharpness and confidence discussing managed accounts.

## Nice to Have
- CPG or multi-category consumer brand experience.
- English and Spanish bilingual ability.
- Spanish, French, German, or Italian language skills.
