## Job Description

## What You Will Own
- Identify and source new business development opportunities within the Medical vertical.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners, including medical software platforms, EHR/EMR partners, marketplace partners, referral partners, reseller partners, and other strategic relationships.
- Develop recommendations for revenue-generating opportunities by aligning internal teams around market needs, partner fit, and strategic value.
- Grow Weave’s Medical partner ecosystem and support marketplace initiatives specific to the vertical.
- Explore opportunities to expand Weave’s TAM within Medical and adjacent specialty areas.
- Measure partner performance and identify opportunities to deepen or expand existing Medical partnerships.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership outcomes.
- Help inform build vs. partner decisions for workflows and integrations that matter most to medical practices.
- Identify partnerships that unlock key workflows for Medical customers and strengthen the value proposition of both Weave and its partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with executives across the Medical partner landscape and potential strategic customers.
- Lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

## What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic sales, product partnerships, or a similar role.
- Experience working in or supporting the Medical vertical, ideally with medical practices, EHR/EMR platforms, healthcare SaaS, or practice management software.
- SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop partner relationships, evaluate business opportunities, and execute partnership plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build business cases and make clear recommendations based on market opportunity, partner fit, and revenue potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
