## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead product squads as the product owner for cross-functional teams, maintaining transparent and prioritized backlogs while collaborating with design and engineering
- Build Director Operations products including tools for scheduling, facilities, registration, payments, communications, and game-day readiness for high school Athletic Directors, Club Directors, and League Administrators
- Drive discovery and delivery by leading discovery for projects to reduce risks around value and usability, then work with release teams to ensure solutions hit the market with measurable impact
- Shape product strategy by evaluating opportunities based on customer value, business viability, and long-term platform strategy while defining team roadmaps
- Design AI-powered workflows using AI tools and product thinking to automate manual work and reduce operational friction
- Connect across business functions including customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, and support to ensure solutions work for the broader ecosystem

## Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building and shipping customer-facing software products
- Meaningful experience playing, coaching, or working in sports with deep understanding of operational realities of clubs, schools, leagues, or athletic organizations
- Experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows into products to improve customer outcomes and reduce operational burden
- Natural leader who can influence and inspire teammates without formal authority
- User-focused "learn-it-all" mindset with deep understanding of customer engagement
- Collaborative approach valuing outcomes over hours
- Strategic thinker connecting day-to-day decisions to company strategy

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building products related to scheduling, registration, payments, communications, facilities management, ticketing, or organizational workflows
- Strong SaaS experience building products that scale across organizations
- Deep knowledge of sports technology landscape and industry trends
- Comfort navigating technical conversations and customer escalations
- Understanding of multi-sided ecosystems involving admins, coaches, parents, athletes, fans, and governing bodies
