## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead commercial contracting by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, licensing deals, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and HR teams to provide pragmatic legal guidance supporting business objectives.
- Drive corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
- Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and policies that improve efficiency while managing risk.
- Identify and proactively address legal risks as the company scales internationally and expands data partnerships.

## Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at least 4 years of in-house experience.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the technology sector.
- Ability to independently handle diverse legal matters with excellent judgment.
- Clear communication and a business-minded, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
- Experience with technology companies, SaaS businesses, or data privacy matters.
