## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social channels, primarily **Meta** and **TikTok**.
- Own paid social strategy, including channel and tactic selection, optimization, scaling, and media mix recommendations.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources across channels and tactics to maximize ROI.
- Direct data-driven creative strategy with the Creative team, rapidly developing and testing ads that drive action.
- Build forecasts and scenario models for paid social spend, acquisition volume, and scaling recommendations.
- Analyze and present channel, campaign, and experiment performance to stakeholders, identifying actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, event optimization, and creative experimentation.
- Own the paid social landing-page testing roadmap and evaluate experiment results.
- Monitor paid social platform developments and identify potential channel expansion opportunities.
- Partner with the Data team on tracking and reporting while independently handling routine performance analysis and diagnosis.
- Apply sound judgment to attribution and measurement, including platform-reported and internal performance, conversion lag, and incrementality.
- Use AI tools to streamline analysis and reporting, automate repetitive processes, and improve workflow efficiency.

## Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree** and relevant experience.
- **5+ years** of experience in performance marketing.
- Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling paid direct-response campaigns on **Meta** and **TikTok**.
- Experience personally managing large-scale monthly budgets of **$1M+** across paid social channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and attribution.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
- High analytical self-sufficiency, including the ability to use **SQL** and **BI tools** such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience building forecasts or scenario models to inform spend and acquisition decisions.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and accelerate analysis.
- Experience marketing B2C services, subscriptions, or another non-ecommerce, higher-consideration direct-response business.

## Nice-to-Have
- Marketing experience in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry.
