## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Lead and set the vision for Matter Health’s enterprise data strategy and long-term data roadmap.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-based data platforms and analytics infrastructure.
- Oversee data architecture, engineering, governance, quality, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouses, data pipelines, and integration solutions.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver impactful operational, clinical, financial, and strategic insights.
- Collaborate across departments to enable data-driven decision-making and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance Matter Health’s data ecosystem.

## What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience leading enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform organizations.
- Strong background in designing and managing modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, ETL processes, data governance, and analytics best practices.
- Experience working with healthcare data, including EHR, payer, claims, CRM, or operational systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or related technologies.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, population health, or healthcare technology organizations.
- Background building scalable enterprise analytics platforms for executive reporting and business intelligence.
- Experience operating within rapidly growing organizations.
- Prior leadership of enterprise data strategy, data engineering, or healthcare analytics teams.
