## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Post 5-7 TikTok videos per week to your Sleeper TikTok account.
- Create, grow, and manage an organic TikTok account for your NFL team community.
- Keep up with current TikTok trends, memes, and popular audio.
- Maintain a safe and respectful community atmosphere.
- Post daily unique and engaging content in your team channel.
- Share video content within the Sleeper Team Channel for your NFL franchise.

## Requirements
- Superfan of a specific NFL team comfortable being on camera.
- Understand how to create TikTok content and grow a following organically.
- Good judgment on appropriate content for open communities.
- Ability to create engaging content including news, highlights, and reactionary videos.

## Compensation
- $500 monthly (part-time contracting role).
