## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own data development projects end to end, including scoping, research, expert staffing, quality routing, partner delivery, scope management, and margin.
- Coordinate lab researchers, experts producing data, and internal engineering teams to align on project goals.
- Work with frontier-lab researchers and internal researchers and designers to scope projects and evaluations.
- Own the internal engineering relationship and roadmap, shaping tooling and technology development.
- Manage relationships with experts and QA teams.
- Own quality and project health, identifying and using the resources and levers needed to resolve issues.
- Turn processes into efficient, clear, predictable, and measurable systems.
- Influence stakeholders and rally them around shared objectives.

## Requirements
- Technical fluency and interest in frontier AI and research papers.
- Ability to turn processes into efficient, repeatable systems.
- Comfort with ambiguous and difficult problems.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
- High standards for quality and craft.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with human-data companies is not required.
