## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create and communicate visual solutions that bring ideas to life for teams and clients.
- Work across brand identities and full brand implementation, retail graphics, packaging, workbooks and publications, rapid prototypes, business ecosystem illustrations, exhibition graphics, user interfaces, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including industrial designers, design researchers, business designers, interaction designers, and environments designers.
- Participate in research, inspiration gathering, brainstorming, strategy definition, concept development, and prototyping.
- Conduct field activities to build empathy with users.

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the creative industry.
- Broad experience in communication design, including brand identity, editorial design, information graphics, typography, packaging design, and exhibition design.
- Experience across varied industries and projects; international-market experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, dynamic, and non-hierarchical environments.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
