## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide a high-touch “white glove” experience throughout the interview process.
- Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews.
- Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Identify issues such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, and slow feedback, then implement fixes.
- Manage workflows in GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation.

## Requirements
- 0–1+ years of coordination or administrative experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail.
- Comfort working at high volume and reprioritizing when plans change, interviews move, or interviewers cancel.
- Bias toward urgency, with fast responses and reliable follow-through.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Ashby, ModernLoop, or other ATS and scheduling tools.

- Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually.
