## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build Letaido’s influencer, creator, and affiliate program from scratch.
- Identify credible SEO, marketing, AI, and technology creators based on audience trust and relevance, not follower count.
- Conduct high-volume, personalized outbound outreach and maintain partner relationships.
- Use Ahrefs data and AI-visibility insights to create useful audience stories and earn source attribution.
- Design the partner model, including rewards, access, sponsorships, affiliate terms, and commissions.
- Manage onboarding, briefing, placements, payments, and ongoing partner engagement.
- Negotiate meaningful placements in listicles, videos, newsletters, podcasts, and other creator content.
- Build a long-term partner roster and provide early access, proprietary data, and product input opportunities.
- Define and report program performance using signups, referral traffic, users, and revenue.
- Use Letaido for partner research and outreach, and provide product feedback.

## Requirements
- Experience building an influencer, creator, or affiliate program from the ground up, with measurable user or revenue outcomes.
- Strong outbound communication skills and the ability to write concise, specific, personalized outreach.
- Ability to evaluate audience trust and partnership value beyond follower counts.
- Experience handling commercial discussions, including rates, commissions, and partnership value.
- Understanding of the difference between one-off sponsorships and durable creator relationships.
- Comfortable owning measurable results and operating as a solo function initially.
- Willingness to work onsite in either Palo Alto or Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Legal right to work in the United States.

## Nice to Have
- Existing relationships in the SEO, marketing, or AI tooling creator community.
- Experience pitching journalists.
- Experience with AI agents or LLM tooling.
- Experience running affiliate or referral programs.
- Experience with developer tools, marketing tools, or products sold to practitioners.
