## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sales, including outbound prospecting, closing new logos, and expanding existing accounts.
- Sell across high-velocity SMB cycles and complex mid-market sales.
- Build GTM playbooks, sales assets, and the revenue operations stack with the Founder.
- Help shape and scale the global sales team.

## Requirements
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS into SMB and mid-market segments.
- Experience at an early-stage startup, building processes from scratch.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling to CFOs or other Finance stakeholders in Europe.

## Compensation
- ATS-listed salary range: 220000–260000.

## Working Style
- High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to operate without an established playbook.
- Strong drive and resilience in an early-stage environment.
- Ability to balance speed with accuracy when working on complex products.
- Role is expected to collaborate closely in person five days per week.
