## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound and manage lead activity to qualify potential customers and market Temporal.
- Discover opportunities from leads and set qualified appointments.
- Use selling and influencing skills to maximize customer interactions.
- Provide high-level introductions to Temporal OSS and Cloud solutions.
- Log, track, and maintain outbound activity.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and attend customer meetings as needed.
- Help define and iterate on processes for a growing team.

## Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in prospecting roles.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking French.
- Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to deliver formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and adjust efforts according to business needs.
- Proficiency with PCs, spreadsheets, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
- Effective time management, independence, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated achievement in positions with accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and high energy.
