## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with court reporters across all markets.
- Ensure every job is covered correctly.
- Make every reporter feel like part of the Steno team.
- Coordinate many moving parts across high-volume workflows.
- Deliver white-glove service, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships with the court reporter community.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and internal leaders to develop programs that strengthen Steno's reputation.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience.
- Hospitality mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Comfort picking up new systems quickly.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Prior court reporting agency experience.
