## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Conduct needs analysis with technical training leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance and knowledge gaps and translate them into structured learning solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain modular technical learning experiences for security teams, including self-paced content, live sessions, practice activities, job aids, and role-specific onboarding assets.
- Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge validation, and performance signals; use results to refine content and improve learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with security subject matter experts to keep training current with detection and response knowledge.
- Deliver instructor-led training in live virtual and onboarding formats when appropriate for the learning objective, audience, or operational need.
- Translate operational realities, product behavior, and tribal knowledge into clear, accurate documentation practitioners can trust during live cases and investigations.
- Incorporate AI into core workflows and be prepared to discuss current AI usage and results.

## Requirements

- 3+ years designing, developing, and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or a similarly complex technical environment.
- Strong content-creation experience, with instructor-led facilitation as a secondary but important responsibility.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences for audiences with varying expertise.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment where programs are still being built.
- Familiarity with modern training tools and learning management systems.
