## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Concept, art direct, and design high-visibility brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Develop creative approaches that scale across surfaces, moments, and channels.
- Contribute to brand systems and develop standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency.
- Mentor designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and repeatable patterns.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executives to drive alignment and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, and other makers.
- Experiment with AI workflows to concept, prototype, and extend creative expression and design systems.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Demonstrated leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing culturally resonant, visually diverse work and storytelling across multiple channels.
- Deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and attention to detail.
- Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
- Curiosity about evolving creative tools and the use of AI in creative workflows.
