## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers, US-based insurance carriers, and internal partners.
- Own end-to-end resolution of benefits and enrollment issues.
- Investigate root causes of complex issues and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders on process and automation enhancements.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout assigned projects.
- Manage complex escalations and issues.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, such as implementation, support, or operations.
- Experience with US-based insurance and benefits required.
- Strong written communication skills; verbal communication preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and execution.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to learn new subject matter and processes.

## Nice to Have
- Experience at a SaaS or startup company.
