## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a named list of existing user accounts, creating account plans to expand business and retain clients.
- Understand customer pain points and propose tailored Stripe solutions for SaaS platform clients.
- Guide clients through complex evaluations of SaaS platform solutions, collaborating with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to drive activation and adoption.
- Develop and execute programs that deepen product adoption and maximize utilization across the existing user base.
- Build executive relationships with existing clients to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives that improve internal efficiency and broader business impact.
- Support go-to-market priorities focused on user-base expansion and renewals.

## Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in a client-facing or closing sales role.
- Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build relationships with technical customers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to team success and share knowledge.
- Motivation to operate in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role at a high-growth technology company.
- Comfort interpreting and discussing API-first solutions.
