## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities

- Establish best practices for information architecture to ensure consistent user experience across expanded product offerings.
- Design best-in-class experiences spanning patient, provider, and growth products, including iterating on existing features and creating new ones.
- Drive qualitative user research by building prototypes, conducting interviews, and creating surveys.
- Grow and maintain the design system, managing the component library for efficiency and consistency.
- Help build a design culture focused on quality, craft, and excellent patient/provider experiences.

- 10+ years experience designing compelling digital products.
- Deeply customer- and craft-oriented with strong design fundamentals.
- Builder mindset: taking ideas from 0 to 1 and iterating relentlessly.
- Takes ownership, works through ambiguity, forms strong opinions, drives product decisions.
- Communicates with high signal-to-noise ratio.
- Does own stunts: no task beneath you to move product forward.
- Comfortable in demanding environment with grit and curiosity.
- Understands startup demands beyond 9-5.
- Motivated by impact in nutrition, chronic disease, and preventative healthcare.
