## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead outbound prospecting, generate new leads, and develop strategies to expand presence in targeted institutions or regions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key executives, engage in high-level conversations across industries, and drive new business through creative prospecting.
- Develop, maintain, and track a robust pipeline of qualified leads, managing accounts through sales stages to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and closing enterprise contracts.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry dynamics, and customer feedback to refine sales processes and strategies.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience focusing on closing net new business, with a history of hitting quarterly/yearly sales targets and closing deals of $500k+.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, **Hubspot**, and other CRM/sales tools.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and learn technology basics quickly for business applications.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

- Deep understanding of **AI technologies** and product offerings for effective value communication.
- Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, and negotiating high-value deals with senior executives.
