## Job Description

## What you'll work on

- **Customer implementation**: Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment. Understand each customer's workflows and configure our AI agents to fit their operational needs.
- **Solution engineering**: Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows that connect our voice AI and document agents to customer systems (claims management platforms, CRMs).
- **AI tuning and optimization**: Prompt engineering, voice customization, and agent behavior refinement based on real customer usage patterns and feedback.
- **Discovery and Product feedback**: Channel customer insights back to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
- **Technical consulting**: Guide customers through AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration.

## What you'll need to bring

- Customer focus with technical backbone: Hold technical conversations with CTOs and explain AI to claims managers.
- Builder mentality: 1-3 years building or implementing technical solutions. Foundational coding skills in **Python** or **TypeScript**.
- Communication skills: Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extreme agency: Thrive in ambiguity, find solutions, move fast.
- API and integration fluency: Experience with **REST APIs**, **webhooks**, and third-party integrations.
- Project management: Manage multiple implementations, prioritize, deliver under deadlines.

- **AI/ML/Data Science** experience: **LLMs**, **prompt engineering**, **RAG**, agent frameworks.
- Top consulting background with technical undergraduate degree.

## Compensation

- Salary: **$120,000 - $200,000**
- Equity: **0.3% - 0.8%**
