## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation to close to early account expansion.
- Help build the company's sales playbook.
- Represent Codes Health at conferences, in-person meetings, and industry events.

## Requirements
- High-caliber seller with experience in B2B sales, ideally in operationally heavy products.
- Strong at discovery: ask the right questions and listen closely.
- In-person oriented: believe trust is built faster face-to-face and value working closely with the team.
