## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the first sales hire and establish a repeatable sales motion.
- Identify engineering and IT teams that need the product.
- Demonstrate the product to prospective customers.
- Build trust with engineers and IT leaders.
- Close new business and turn existing customer pull into revenue.

## Requirements
- Experience as an early or founding sales representative.
- Demonstrated success closing real deals before a formal playbook existed.
- Technical fluency sufficient to earn the trust of engineers and IT leaders.
- Ability to demo the product independently.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000–$180,000.
- On-target earnings: $300,000–$350,000, with a 50/50 base-variable split and uncapped commission.
- Equity: 0.15%–0.5%.
