## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Reducto’s organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI-driven discovery.
- Improve visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and coding agents.
- Lead technical SEO across crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, redirects, and site architecture.
- Implement improvements, debug issues, and ship changes in the marketing website codebase and CMS.
- Research, write, edit, and optimize technical content for developer and buyer questions.
- Strengthen authority through entity consistency, structured references, earned mentions, and third-party coverage.
- Define measurement across rankings, non-branded visibility, organic traffic, AI citations, and share of voice.
- Build or own dashboards monitoring ranking changes, indexing issues, crawl anomalies, technical regressions, and AI visibility.
- Track changes in search and AI discovery and translate developments into a prioritized roadmap.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, technical marketing, or a related field, with measurable results.
- Deep technical SEO fluency and comfort implementing changes in a CMS or codebase.
- Understanding of how content strategy, information architecture, and editorial quality drive rankings and AI citations.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AEO/GEO and AI content retrieval and citation.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4 or PostHog, Ahrefs or Semrush, crawl and log-analysis tools, and AI-visibility platforms.
- Ability to define meaningful metrics, build dashboards, and use data to prioritize work.
- Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments and take ownership from idea through measurement.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, AI infrastructure, or another technically complex category.
- Experience building an SEO or organic growth program from an early-stage foundation.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and rendering strategies.
- Experience building programmatic landing pages or scaled technical content operations.
- Experience with machine-readable documentation or content designed for coding agents.
- Interest in combining technical excellence with business impact.
