## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Automate Compliance and Finance regulatory processes.
- Build solutions that process large amounts of data from the data warehouse to generate accurate reporting.
- Build and maintain reconciliations.
- Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders to understand regulatory and financial obligations and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clean designs and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance as the team’s tech lead.
- Prioritize work and perform hands-on design, development, and code review.
- Evolve technical standards and best practices.

## Requirements
- At least **5 years** of software design and development experience, including CI/CD, source code control, testing, and quality management.
- High proficiency in **Python**, **SQL**, and database design.
- Experience working with data warehouses such as **Snowflake** to generate complex solutions at scale.
- Strong communication skills with non-technical business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
- Ability to troubleshoot, logically assess problems, and determine solutions.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in post-trade automation, including designing and architecting systems for complex data problems.
- Experience generating financial industry regulatory reports such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CPR, and K Factor.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$150,000–$225,000**.
