## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering onboarding and ongoing support throughout the compliance journey.
- Help customers align the solution with strategic objectives and accelerate time to SOC 2 compliance.
- Identify customer challenges and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve issues.
- Promote compliance features, drive product adoption, and educate users on best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Account Management to align customer goals with company objectives.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify product improvement opportunities and enhance customer success strategies.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or compliance-related roles, ideally in SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill complex topics into actionable insights.
- Proven success managing customer relationships and delivering outcomes in high-stakes environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
